Three Dog Bakery

This store bakes dog food and dog treats. The story behind this franchise made me cry like a sobbing hippo. Read the book "Amazing Gracie" if you're contemplating suicide and don't have the nerve to go through with it. It'll get the job done. Just let me say this, the dog food they make here will be eaten by any dog anywhere and happens to have healing qualities. It's miracle food for dogs. I love this place. The store in Southlake usually has several very large Mastiff puppies. Visit this place; it'll make your heart smile.

you know living out in the "sticks" you forget about all the neat and unusual businesses that come with living in the "big city".

though i don't know if I would spend the money on our molly. she probably wouldn't apprectiate it anyway. i mean she prefers to eat out of the cat's litter box at mom's if we aren't watching too closely and she gets the chance (believe me when i saw she's watched closely, I'm like the cat litter nazi, afterall she licks my kids faces ewww :)

    have a good weekend,

  2. Yes, that has baffled me for a long time. What is it about kitty crap that is so darn delicious?!

  3. idk, but my dad in regards to who was the smarter of the two species (who was not a cat lover btw) always said, "have you ever noticed that a dog will eat cat poop, but a cat will NEVER eat dog poop?"

    just something to ponder :+)

  4. Have you ever made your own dog biscuits? I used to make them for my friend because her daughter would ALWAYS give one to their dog and one to herself! :) There are several good recipes out there-- you can cut into bit pieces or find a cookie cutter that is in a bone shape.

  5. A sobbing hippo? Wow, I picture you more like a sobbing.... well maybe more like a... i don't know but not a hippo! Anyway, I like the name of the store and it looks cute. (Made me think of Three Dog Night, no connection I'm sure.) Oh yes! You're much more like a gazelle than a hippo ;)

  6. Marsha--I cook my dogs lots of stuff, but not dog biscuits, and i'm not sure why. I cook them chicken and eggs then mix it with oatmeal and flaxseed all the time. They love it super duper much. I'll have to try the dog biscuits. Artimus has two cracked molars and can't have anything crunchy until we get them either pulled or fixed. Not sure what we will do about that yet.
