i think it is so fantastic that andrea's blogs are posting this week as yet another reminder of how much she loved her friends and family.

ReplyDeleteI just read a post by Fiver. Is it true??? Gollum is home??? I have followed this terrible tragedy since Monday and have prayed for Gollums safe return. I check the Star Telegram 10 times a day for any word on beautiful Gollum. He must be so traumatized. These beautiful animals hurt just like we do when we suffer a loss especially as traumatic as this one was. He knew exactly what was happening. If only he could talk! Did he come home on his own or was he found? Tom, our prayers are with you at this time and through this difficult recovery period. I am just glad that Gollum will be there to help you. You have each other now. I know how much he loved Andrea. Andrea's post will mean so much to you. I did not know her but having read so many of her posts (I am still reading them)I feel I knew her and the three babies. My heart breaks for you and Gollum. May God Bless you and keep you well.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know Andrea, but was so touched by her story. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends. It makes me so happy to hear Gollum is home!! I have been praying for his safe return. Where was he found? Is he ok?

ReplyDeleteJust checked the Star Telegram and the story is there. Gollum IS home! Builders found him near the entrance to Santa Fe Enclave. Caught the dog and put him through a window at their home and left a phone message. Thank God for Gollums safe return! http://www.star-telegram.com/local/story/1897242.html

ReplyDeleteI am relieved and ecstatic that Gollum is home and warm. A weight has been lifted off my heart.
My prayers are with the family as they face tomorrow. At least Gollum is where he needs to be!
I'm so sorry for your loss. I didn't know Andrea but she did what so many other's would do, me included. What a brave lady and so full of love. So, so happy Gollum is home safe. I live in the Arlington area and everytime I've seen a dog running around I would do a double take to see if maybe, just maybe Gollum had found his way over to my area. Glad he's home safe and you can find just a little peace. What a wonderful woman. This story has touched so many animal lovers hearts.

ReplyDeleteLike everyone, I have followed this story every day hoping for Gollum's return. While I wasn't able to physically post signs or search. I have prayed each day that God give Tom and family comfort and strength...and most of all bring Gollum home. God does answer prayers. Thanks to Mike the builder and all that searched!
ReplyDeleteI see Andrea as a great person and as a hero. If I was so sad for the lost, I cannot imagine how bad is for Tom. Tonight I feel like saying thank you to Michael and everyone that worked to help Kathy bring Gollum to join his Dad.
ReplyDeleteIn these dark times and all the bad news all over the world Channel 8 showed Gollum in the lap of his buddy, Tom this morning. It shows God's love at work and boy, do we all need that right now. Thank you God!
